Violations may result in suspension or permanent account termination.

AI-generated responses are fictional and for entertainment only. Monica AI does not guarantee accuracy, emotional dependency prevention, or real-world advice.

5. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

• Some features require paid subscriptions

• Payments are charged through Apple

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled via Apple ID settings

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Monica AI is provided "as is." We are not liable for:

• Emotional distress caused by AI interactions

• Loss of data or service interruptions

• User-generated content or misuse of the App
